PENGALAMAN MELAHIRKAN MUHAMMAD RAFI AIMAN

Seperti pernah saya cerita sepanjang mengandungkan Muhammad Rafi Aiman, ini lah saat dinantikan kelahiran zuriat dari rahim Nurul... Muhammad Rafi Aiman atau lebih senang kami panggil adik (mula2 nak pggil Angah tengok Kak Long dia macam susah sebut nama Angah trs tukar nama adik buat panggilan manja2 keluarga). Hari ini 39 minggu 2 hari adik dalam rahim Nurul. Aktiviti malam tadi membuatkan adik cepat nk keluar, ibu pun x sabar hari2 buat senaman ibu mengandung macam2 senaman la Nurul buat tgk kt google & youtube.

Pukul 1.00am baru Nurul rasa letih & nak tidur.. Tiba2..... rasa sakit pinggang sangat tapi leh tahan lagi la... pastu asyik nak ke toilet je.. last sekali g toilet dalam pukul 4.00am Nurul tgk ada tanda2 kuar darah igt mcm kak long dia dulu keluar darah seminggu lepas tu baru bersalin.. 

Jadi malas nk g hospital lagi tunggu betul ada rasa tanda2 nak bersalin baru pergi. 

Tapi kali ni tak macam bersalinkan Siti Rafqah Atiqah, Darah asyik keluar je. Dalam pukul 8 pagi tengok darah makin banyak sakit pinggan tu ada tapi tak adalah kuat sangat. Nurul berjalan sini sana. Nurul ajak En.Husband pergi hospital. Pergi Hospital dalam pkul 10.00am. Nurul suruh En.Husband singgah McD dulu nak li sarapan mana taw lama menunggu karang kelaparan. 

Macam biasalah Hospital Ampang mmg susah cari parking kebanyakkan parking khas utk staff je.. jadi En.Husband turunkan Nurul dulu. En.Husband dgn Kamal pergi cari parking kereta.

Nurul dengan tenangnya serahkan buku merah kat kaunter. 3 minit selepas itu nama Nurul di panggil tukar kain & baring kat katil no 2. Scan & check pembukaan dah 4 cm. Spatutnya dah kena tolk kat Labour Room tapi LB dah full so kena tggu kat wad dulu. Itu yang Nurul suka xdelah baring lama2 kat LB tu. Dah masuk LB bkn leh wat pe pun baring je... 

Pukul 12pm - 3.15pm, Nurul dok kat wad 4d no 12. Dan ini masanya utk tolak Nurul masuk Ke LB. En.Husband pun x sabar nak masuk tapi Nurse tak bagi tggu tugasan Nurse check Nurul kat LB baru En.Husband leh masuk. Sambil2 tggu nurse panggil dgn semangatnya En.Husband telefon mak ayah & mak abah Nurul bagi taw Nurul nak bersalin serta doakan Nurul dipermudahkan bersalin serta maafkan kesilapan Nurul.

Pukul 3.30pm Husband dah leh masuk LB teman Nurul. Sakit pun dah mula bertambah rasa nak bangun & berjalan je hilangkan sakit malangnya mmg x leh bgn... Alhamdulillah En.Husband ada kurangkan rsa sakit dgn mengurut pinggang Nurul serta bercerita macam2 wat Nurul terhibur, Nurul pun dah tak igt kami bercerita apa tah time tu. En.Husband saja buat macam tu sebab nak Nurul tak layankan sgt rasa sakit tu.

Sakit makin bertambah rasa macam nak meneran. Pukul 4.05pm, Nurse Saleha check pembukaan rahim alhamdulillah dah 8 cm. Dorang siap2kan barang utk bersalin. 

Pukul 4.15pm Nurse suruh Nurul cuba teran... Teran pertama tak menjadi. Teran kedua mcm tu jgk... kali ke tiga nurul teran sambil pejam mata Nurse Saleha x bagi tapi Nurul degil buat jgk Alhamdulillah 4.23pm Muhammad Rafi Aiman selamat dilahirkan ke dunia yang fana ini. 

Syukur alhamdulillah Nurul selamat melahirkan Muhammad Rafi Aiman (Yang terpuji, Tinggi Darjatnya, Yang Bertuah) dgn cara Normal pada 17 Febuari 2016 bersamaan 8 J'Awwal 1437H. Jam 4.23 petang di Hospital Ampang Selangor Darul Ehsan.

Selamat Berpantang 44 hari Princess Nurul. Mata mula pandang ke kelnder Habis pantang 1 April 2016.

Korang mungkin pernah dengar cerita dari rakan sendiri yang mana pasangan mereka berubah secara drastik selepas punya anak. Sama ada jadi penyayang, lebih bertanggungjawab atau sanggup berhenti merokok. Tak dapat dinafikan kehadiran anak memang boleh mengubah banyak perkara dalam kehidupan termasuk sikap lelaki yang kaki perempuan.

Menurut satu kajian selepas kelahiran seorang anak, lelaki atau suami yang playboy mungkin berubah drastik jadi seorang yang setia. Salah satu faktor pendorong perubah karakter ini kerana adanya tanggungjawab sebagai ketua keluarga terutama sekali bila lelaki itu kali pertama bergelar bapa.

Perkara ini disebut dalam kajian yang dibuat oleh pengkaji antropologi dari Northwestern Universtity Amerika Syarikat. Menurut kajian itu, keinginan lelaki untuk melirik mata kepada wanita cantik dan seksi menurun ketika lahirnya bayi mereka.

Mereka sebaliknya lebih cenderung untuk menjaga dan mendidik anak. Selanjutnya, ia turut merungkai bahawa terdapat perubahan hormon berlaku dalam tubuh seorang lelaki apabila mereka memiliki anak. Kadar testosteron lelaki menjadi lebih rendah, sehingga mereka lebih fokus untuk membina dan menjaga keluarga.

" Kadar testosteron memengaruhi perilaku dan karakter seorang lelaki. Mereka akan jadi lebih tenang dan fokus pada perkara-perkara yang penting untuk masa depan, iaitu keharmonian rumah tangga" demikian menurut Chistopher Kuzawa, salah seorang pengkaji.

Jelasnya lagi, lelaki yang sudah menjadi ayah mendapat motivasi untuk bekerja lebih keras demi memberikan kehidupan yang lebih baik pada keluarga. Hasil kajian itu mendapati, penurunan kadar testosteron pada lelaki tang sudah berkahwin namun belum mempunyai adalah sebantak 14% sementara itu, lelaki yang mempunyai anak kadar testosteonnya menurun kepada 34%. Disimpulkan juga bahawa semakin tinggi peranan lelaki di rumah sebagai ayah, kadar testosteronnya semakin menurun.

OK.

Fakta ini memang menarik. Tapi adakah ia bermakna isteri kena beranak setiap tahun sampai tua???? Pengsan!!!!!!!

Cara Meneran Semasa Bersalin

CARA MENERAN SEMASA BERSALIN

1) Angkat kepala sehingga dagu mencecah dada.

2) Mata pandang perut.

3) Tangan pegang di pergelangan bahagian kaki atau pemegang pada katil.

4) Semasa proses meneran, elakkan mengeluarkan suara atau menangis kerana ini akan membuatkan ibu tersebut kurang tenaga dan tidak kuat.

5) Jangan sesekali mengangkat punggung semasa meneran bagi mengelakkan luka dan koyak yang besar di bahagian vagina.

6) Tarik nafas sedalam yang mungkin dan teran seperti membuang air besar tanpa menghembus nafas semasa meneran. Teran sekuat yang terdaya dan selama yang boleh, curi nafas dan sambung meneran. Setiap kontraksi cuba sebanyak 3 kali. Teran semasa kontraksi kerana bayi anda turut bergerak sama. Ambil nafas dan kumpul tenaga semasa kurang kontraksi.

7) Amalkan membaca selawat dan doa Nabi Yunus. Sebaiknya suami membaca doa Nabi Yunus ini agar dapat memandu isteri mengikut bacaan suami kerana mungkin masa itu anda akan terlupa dok menahan sakit..

8) Suami sentiasa memberi kata-kata semangat untuk isteri.

Hari ni cadang nak kuar bayar duit sewa kedai lepas tu terus pergi chow kit nak beli pakaian peribadi sikit utk bawa ke hospital nanti...

Pkul 9 pagi Kamal dah call mintk tolong hantar die pergi pudu sebab nak balik sabak bernam die nak jumpa family awek die.  

Jln ampang sesak kebetulan orang daftar budak2 masuk sekolah hari ni. Singgah J4 kejap Kamal plk tertinggl jam tgn patah blik pergi rumah dia ambil jam... dah pukul 1 cnfrm2 jalan sesak orang time rehat sekarang ni pastu budak blik sekolah & ada jugak nak masuk sekolah sesi petang.

Tepat pkul 2 sampai pudu kita orang terus pergi MPAJ pergi bayar duit kedai dulu...

Kebetulan pulak hari ni panas betul rasa macam mandi peluh hari ni... Plan bawa Rafqah pergi KLCC g mndi mande brendam kat sana. Adik2 ikram nak nk follow sekali pergi KLCC... 

Sampai KLCC nk terus g kolam top top hujan pulak... jadi menapak kejap kat dalam bangunan Suria KLCC.

Tggu punya tggu x berhenti2 lagi hujan... nampak macam lebat je... malas nak tunggu kita g Ampang Point jelah bawa Rafqah main kat Playland kat sana... keluar je dari KLCC hujan dah berhenti.... dah kuar dah jadi blik jelah... sampai Ampang Point tgk Playland tutup lak... jadi melarat la main Bowling kat situ...

Dah puas main bowling balik singgh kedai Restoran Suasana Kg Pandan melarat pulak plan nak pergi karok pulak...

Encik husband kata takpe sekali sekale bawa bjalan  sblum bsalin... anak pun xnk tdr lagi... igt 1 jam sekali tgk book smpai 3 jam.. aduhhhhhhhh.....

Rafqah seronok plk dia tgk org karaokr suruh tdr suruh baring bagi susu semua dia tak nak... Bila Pakteh die belikan keropok kuyah punya kuyah tup tup tgk terlentok kat lengan ibu...  pandai plk ttdr time masa dah nak habis.... akhirnya dgn jaya sampai jgk rumah mandi2 terus tdr...

En.Husband esok pagi terus demam lembk betul Nurul tgk En.Husband.. buatkan sup tomyam, masak bagi anak mkn.. kemas rumah pastu urut En.Husband kesian plk tgk die...

Pastu baru teringat barang peribadi nurul punya bjln seharian x singgh pergi beli pun.......

Gambar Nurul kena curi!!!!

Siapa pernah kena mcm ni?? Gambar kita ada orang lain guna untuk tujuan lain. Mesti ramai rakan blogger pernah kenakan?? Tak sangka kali ni giliran saya pulak yang kena. Aduhhhhhh......

Nasib baik Kawan En.Husband cepat-cepat infrom kat Nurul pasal perkara ni. Dia ternampak kat group akaun facebook Kelab Ibu Hamil, Menyusu dan Berpantang update status tentang Hilang Maruah semasa hamil atas blog Kelabibuhamil.com. Gambar yang dia gunakan sebiji muka family saya yang saya update kat Pengalaman Bersalin Anak Pertama. Yang buat saya marah, geram, sakit hati ialah tentang artikel yang bukan-bukan pasal minah sabah mana dia reka cite yg merepek pastu curi gambar Nurul letak kat situ.  Kelab dia sebanyak 33k follower baca tentang artikel tu. Dia buat cerita bukan2 tu x kisahlah ini siap ada gambar Nurul sabar jelah..

Asalnya tadi nak makan burger sambil tengok Tv sebelum tu online fb sat tgk kawan En.Husband taq nama Nurul. Mula2 biarkan je nk kata apa psl pngalamn nurul bersalin anak pertama. X sedap hati nk offline baca komen kat situ jd pelik, knpe dorg kata aku org sabah itu ini cuba buka link kelabIbuHamil.com. Astagfirullah al azim dia guna gambar Nurul rupanya dah jadi fitnah serta menjatuhkan maruah family Nurul.

Tak lama kemudian peguam kat tempat kerja lama Nurul msg tanya pasl tu. Nurul cite hal sebenarnya kat dia. Dia suruh Nurul wat report. Kebetulan En.Husband kat luar jumpa kawan area balai polis Nurul suruh En.Husband screenshot blog tu & terus suruh cepat2 wat report polis utk jaga keselamatan atas jenayah siber.


En.Husband kata ada orang suruh saya lakukan report ke google+ psl perkara ini. Tapi macam mana google+ bertindak pun saya tak tahulah. Kira tunggu jelah nanti. Yang penting saya dah ambil tindakkan. Saya harap masalah ini dapat di selesaikan oleh pihak polis & google+

2) klik pilihn anda  & klik done.
3)  isi segala maklumat yg diperlukan termasuk upload gambar Id.
4) akhir sekali klik submit...

Selain dari tu jika gambar kena curi, berkemungkinan besar orang yang guna gambar tu untuk menyamar dan secara tidak langsung, mereka telah memburukkan nama anda. Faker la tu..

Untuk mengelakkab gambar anda dicuri:
1) Elakkan mengupload gambar banyak sangat. Semakin banyak gambar siupload, semakin banyak peluang keemasan untuk faker menjadi anda supaya orang lain percaya dengan faker.

2) Edit gambar dengan warermark. Watermark yang Cik Bunny maksudkan adalah letak link website/blog kat gambar anda.

Contohnya seperti gambar ni.

Nampak tak ada link "http://princessnurul0520.blogspot.com"

Jadi itulah watermark yang Nurul nak bagi tip. Untuk watermark, make sure link gambar/logo lwtak kat korang rasa pencuri susah nak cut gambar. Jangan sampai gambar kurang cantik sebab buat watermark.

So, sebelum gambar diipload, pastikan gambar sudah diesit dengan watermark

Alhamdulillah kes orang mencuri gambar atas artikel yg bukan2 tu pihak yang btanggungjawab telah delete. Terima Kasih atas kerjasama dari pihak yg bkenanan.

Kejadian ini jadikan pengalaman agar ia tidak berulang lagi...

Don’t forget to add a button where ever you like and your done! I placed mine at the bottom of the 5th hdc over from the front- I might go lower next time… or maybe two smaller buttons?

R1: Ch12, 3sc in 2nd ch from hook, sc in next 6 ch, hdc in next 3 ch, 7dc in last ch. Working on other side of ch, hdc in next 3 ch, sc in next 6 ch. (28 sts)

R2: 2hdc in beg sc of Round 1 and next 2 sc, hdc next 10 st; 2hdc in next 5 dc; hdc next 10 st. (36 sts)

R3: (hdc in next hdc, 2hdc in next hdc) 3 times, hdc next 10, (hdc in next hdc, 2hdc in next hdc) 5 times, hdc 10 sts, make invisible join. Fasten off. (44 sts)

Attach Soles: With wrong sides together place C1 Sole and C2 Sole together and match sts, with C2 Sole facing you, and working with C1, join yarn in center back and sl st around to end, join. Fasten off.

Sides – join with sl st to beg st:

R1: Working in chains formed by sl sts from attaching soles, join C1 in center back, ch1, working around sl sts only, hdc in each st around, join. (44)

R2 and R3: Ch 1, sc in each st around, join with sl st to first sc, join. (44)

R4: Join C2, ch1, sc in same st and next 11, [sc2tog, sc next st] 7 times, sc remaining sts to end, join. (37)

R5: Ch 1, sc in same st and next 10, [sc2tog, sc next st] 5 times, sc remaining sts to end, join. (32)

R6: Ch 1, sc in same st, sc2tog, sc next 10 sts, hdc2tog, dc2tog, hdc2tog, sc next 10 sts, sc2tog, sc last st, join. (27)

R7: Ch 1, sc in same st and next 11, [dc2tog] two times, sc remaining sts to end, join. Fasten off. (23)

For Right Shoe:

R8: With right side of bootie facing you, start in 7th st to the right of center back, join C2, ch 1, hdc in each st to end, ch 8.

R9: Turn, hdc in 3rd ch from hook and each remaining st to end. (30)

R10 to R12: Ch1, turn, hdc in each st to end. Fasten off after last repeat. (30)

For Left Shoe:

R8: With wrong side of bootie facing you, start in 7th st to the right of center back, join C2, ch 1, hdc in each st to end, ch 8.

R9 to 12: Repeat as for Right Shoe

Border: With Novelty Yarn and right side of bootie facing you, join at side of R8, sc in each st around entire edge of bootie and button tab. Fasten off.

Buttonhole Tab: With C1, Ch 11, sl st in 2nd ch from hook and each remaining ch to end, ch 6 (buttonhole made); working around opposite side of beg ch, sl st in each st to end. Fasten off leaving long tail to sew in place.

Finishing: Sew button in place on front tab of bootie. Pin bootie closed as if it was buttoned, sew buttonhole tab in place on center back side of bootie and adjust so that the buttonhole loop fits over button. Sew in place.
